For over 20 years, I was a shapeshifter in the corporate machine.
I navigated the delicate nuances of Mental Health, the high stakes of Finance, and the relentless pace of Hospitality and Retail. I was the one behind the scenes, creating order out of the mayhem for bosses who didn't always listen.
I saw firsthand that when you treat humans like machines, they break.
And then, I broke.
My body literally shouted "STOP." The stress manifested as severe migraines and eventually Bell’s Palsy.
And here is the kicker: It wasn't pills or "pushing through" that fixed it. It was Acupuncture. That was my first real lesson in Energy Flow. I learned that you cannot force a cure; you have to unblock the path so the body can heal itself.
But the corporate programming was deep. Even after the facial paralysis, I went right back to the grind. It took a global Pandemic and a layoff—after training my own replacement—to finally wake me up.
